
Kobe Dimock-Heisler
Kobe Dimock-Heisler was a Loving Son, Brother, Grandson, and Cousin. He was a fan of horticulture. He liked to hybrid Lilies. Kobe was an avid fan of bicycles. He was a part of the Hard Times Bike Club, which is now known as the Muskoxen Bike Club. He was posthumously honored with the rank of Sergeant.

What happened?
Kobe Dimock-Heisler was unnecessarily murdered by the Brooklyn Center (MN) police officers on August 31st, 2019. He was only 21-years-young, on the Autism spectrum, and a POC. He was murdered by Officer Brandon Akers and Officer Cody Turner in his own home, on a reversed 911 call. That day he was simply having a bad day. He just needed to be left alone like the family requested, as evidenced by the reversed 911 call. Instead, the officers came in and shot Kobe multiple times. He was then handcuffed and left to lay on the ground for so long that he could not even donate his organs, which was important to him.

Daunte Wright
Daunte Wright was an amazing father, just at the beginning of his journey with his one-year old son. He was the comedian of the family, loved music and sports, especially basketball. He was greatly loved and he is deeply missed by many.

What happened?
On Sunday, April 11, 2021, in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Center, former police officer Kim Potter shot and killed 20-year-old Daunte Wright. After pulling him over for an air freshener and expired tags, Potter’s bodycam video that revealed, during a traffic stop, Wright was attempting to get back into his car after officers tried to arrest him. A voice can be heard yelling, “taser, taser,” and then Potter points her handgun at Wright and shoots him. As Wright’s car rolls away, a voice can be heard saying, “Holy s%*t—I just shot him!”
